Employee Health and Wellness Committee
At Salisbury Management we are committed to providing an environment to encourage individuals to take positive steps toward living a healthy lifestyle.
The Employee Health and Wellness Committee is a collaborative approach to promoting wellness by developing programs and initiatives to increase awareness and strengthen the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees and their families.
Employee Recognition Program
Salisbury Management and the companies we serve participate in the Employee Recognition Program. Employees are encouraged to participate in a variety of wellness related activities, reaching employee achievements, improving safety and quality.
Employees who participate are rewarded through a point based system. Points can be earned in a number of ways such as: completing an annual health risk assessment; years of service; participating in wellness activities; submitting ideas for quality improvement; and/or, submitting safety suggestions.
After one year of service, an employee can redeem points for name-brand merchandise from an extensive online catalog.
